College receives assorted medical equipment donation from Republic of Hungary and Slovenia

The University of Nairobi (UoN) College of Health Sciences (CHS) is among three public health institutions that has benefited from a donation of medical equipment from the Republic of Hungary and the Republic of Slovenia.

The assorted medical equipment worth Kshs. 20M  was officially handed over to CHS in a ceremony that was held on 12th February, 2021. 

UoN Vice Chancellor Prof. Stephen Kiama was represented at the event by Prof. Julius Ogengó, Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic Affairs.

Call for Expression of Interest, Innovation for African Universities - Funding Available £700,000

The British Council is delighted to launch the Innovation for African Universities (IAU) project.

The IAU is a learning and collaboration platform which brings together universities in the UK and SSA to engage, interact and learn from one another with the aim of developing mutually beneficial partnerships that strengthen the capacity of Higher Education systems in both locations and increase their capability to participate and provide meaningful contributions as key players within the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
