Faculty of Health Sciences participates in annual tree planting exercise

Staff and students from the Faculty of Health Sciences joined other members of the University of Nairobi (UoN) on the 2nd April, 2026 in the annual tree planting exercise at the Faculty of Agriculture, Upper Kabete campus.

The event saw approximately 250 trees planted reaffirming the university’s commitment to upholding sustainability and environmental conservation.

College embarks on drive to plant 500 trees

College of Health Sciences (CHS) Principal, Prof. James Machoki led staff and students in a drive to plant 500 trees at Kenyatta Campus on 18th May, 2021.

The tree planting exercise was carried out simultaneously in seven sites at the University of Nairobi (UoN).
