The Operating Theatre Practitioners Association of Kenya (OTPAK) donated 200 face shields to the University of Nairobi (UoN) College of Health Sciences Principal, Prof. James Machoki.

The face shields were handed over to Prof. Machoki on 12^th May, 2020 by OTPAK Chairman Prof. Pankaj Jani, who is also a lecturer in the Department of Surgery, School of Medicine. UoN.

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in more business transactions, classes, lectures and different types of meetings being conducted via online platforms. Some people are still on the learning curve with regard to use of these relatively new channel as well as how to conduct themselves when participating in whichever way.
